Transfer Tooling | Smooth Transition
Moving tools from one supplier to another can be stressful, with concerns about disruption to your supply. At Pioneer Plastics, we have the systems and experience to insure a quick, smooth transition. We follow a clearly defined process for qualifying transfer molds. Our engineers work with you to address tool quality and compatibility issues early, minimizing potential problems further down the line. In addition, a dedicated project manager is assigned to each Transfer Tooling Program. The project manager’s role is to lead the team that qualifies your molds and brings them into quality production. Further, having multiple manufacturing sites enables us to flex resources to meet your critical timeline. From past part before transfer to first part from Pioneer Plastics, we close the gap, often within one week.
We welcome the opportunity to handle your transfer tooling programs.
